No. We are concierges and interpreters, not doctors. We never diagnose, prescribe, or interpret your test results for you. All medical decisions are made by you and your physician.
We arrange airport transfers, hotel and hospital logistics inside China. Flights and visas are your responsibility — we can advise on what documents hospitals typically ask for, but we do not act as travel or visa agents.
We can confirm whether your hospital accepts your insurer’s direct billing and help you keep the documents your insurer needs — but reimbursement is arranged between you, the hospital and your insurer.
English is our core service. Russian, Arabic, Spanish, Korean, Japanese and other languages are available on request with a small surcharge.
Yes. Passport and medical documents are used only for your visit and deleted after the service is complete. Nothing is ever posted or shared.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your appointment. After that, a 50% cancellation fee applies. Hotel and transfer costs are refunded per the hotel’s policy.
